The hotel is close to Victoria Coach Station and Victoria Station, both very convenient. I found friendly staff. Breakfast was included, a GREAT perk. The room was clean. I enjoyed the quality toiletries.
The decor in the shared areas seems a bit tired.

the hotel is very close to victoria station. i could easily walk there with my luggage. there are several coffee shops and restaurants nearby, a big plus. the room was well kept and clean, which i always appreciate.
the stairs to the room were a bit narrow, making it slightly difficult to carry luggage.

this hotel is close to victoria station, a great benefit for transportation. the staff were very helpful and kind . the breakfast offered a good selection (i liked the fresh fruit). i was able to safely leave my luggage after checking out to explore more before my train.
the room i had was quite small. this could be an issue for travelers with mobility challenges or heavy bags.
